We stand behind every repair we perform. Our service includes a warranty on the work completed by our technicians and on the parts purchased through us — so you can be confident the job is done right.
Our Service Warranty
Every repair we complete is backed by our own service warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will return and resolve it at no additional charge. This covers the labor and workmanship of our technicians. Please note: we do not provide or represent the official Miele manufacturer warranty, and we do not offer manufacturer warranty extensions. All parts purchased through us carry their own warranty. If a part we supplied fails within the warranty period, we will replace it. We use genuine Miele parts and OEM-compatible alternatives — both are covered.Genuine and OEM-Compatible Parts
We source parts from two approved channels:- Genuine Miele parts — exact manufacturer replacements for current and recent models
- OEM-compatible parts — third-party components made to the same specification, available for older models where genuine parts are no longer stocked
