1. Appointment Cancellations

1.1 Cancelling Scheduled Services

Customers must notify Miele Repair Guide at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a late cancellation charge. If technicians arrive on-site but cannot perform services due to access issues or client-related problems, a service call fee may apply.

1.2 Missed Appointments

Failing to be present at your appointment without prior notice results in a service call fee charge.

2. Deposit Terms

2.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits paid to Miele Repair Guide are final and nonrefundable, as they reserve appointments and cover advance part purchases.

2.2 Deposit Credit

Deposits apply toward the total invoice amount for your final service.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services Rendered

Completed services do not qualify for refunds. If appliances show continued issues after service, we evaluate situations and provide repair options under warranty terms.

3.2 Customer Satisfaction

Dissatisfied customers should contact us within 24 hours of service. We make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, potentially including additional service under warranty.

4. Service Warranty

4.1 Labor Guarantee

A 30-day warranty covers labor but excludes consumables and external parts like refrigerant, filters, fuses, access valves, and mechanical components.

4.2 Submitting Warranty Claims

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of noticing issues and provide technician access for evaluation and necessary work.

4.3 Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage applies only to services directly provided by Miele Repair Guide, excluding third-party work or referrals.

5. Estimates and Billing

5.1 Estimates

Written estimates are provided before repair work begins. Additional charges require prior approval.

5.2 Diagnostic Charges

A diagnostic fee may apply if customers decline repair following the technician’s assessment.
