Check TwinDos Cartridge
If your model has TwinDos, check if the cartridge is empty, expired, or improperly seated. Replace or reseat as needed.
Press the cartridge firmly until it clicks into place.

Clean the Dispenser Drawer
Remove the detergent drawer (press the release tab). Wash thoroughly under warm water, cleaning all compartments and the housing cavity.
Use a small brush to remove dried detergent buildup.

Check for Obstructions
With the drawer removed, look inside the cavity. Remove any solid detergent chunks or foreign objects.
A flashlight helps see into the back of the cavity.

Power Reset
Turn off at mains for 5 minutes. The dispenser motor controller may need to reinitialize.
After reset, try opening and closing the drawer to see if the motor works.

Try Manual Dosing
If TwinDos is not working, you can disable it and add detergent manually to the drawer as a temporary workaround.
