1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Miele Repair Guide, you acknowledge agreement to these Terms of Use. Disagreement means you should not use the services.

2. Scope of Services

Miele Repair Guide provides professional Miele appliance diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and component replacement for residential and commercial clients, covering a wide range of Miele home and commercial appliances.

3. Service Appointments

3.1 Booking Appointments

Service requests are available via phone, website, or other contact methods. Appointment availability depends on scheduling constraints.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

To avoid cancellation charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

3.3 On-Site Requirements

Customers must provide technicians clear and safe access to appliances and relevant information for efficient service.

4. Estimates and Payment Terms

4.1 Cost Estimates

Written estimates are provided before repair work begins. No additional work or parts are billed without prior approval.

4.2 Diagnostic Charges

Diagnostic fees determine issue sources and prepare estimates, charged separately from repair costs unless specified otherwise.

4.3 Payment Policy

Payments are due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements exist beforehand. Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted.

5. Service Warranty

5.1 Labor Guarantee

Workmanship on labor is guaranteed for 30 days following the date of service completion.

5.2 Parts Coverage

Installed parts receive manufacturer’s warranty coverage only, with no additional coverage provided unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not apply to consumables such as freon, filters, fuses, access valves, or wear-related parts.

5.4 Extended Warranties

Extended warranty validity requires completion of yearly maintenance as specified in service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Miele Repair Guide bears no liability for secondary damages, including food spoilage, surface damage, or property wear from service, removal, or reinstallation activities.

7. Subcontracting Notice

Services may be performed as subcontractor work. Miele Repair Guide accepts no accountability for claims, representations, or warranties from general contractors or referral entities.

8. Ownership of Materials

All equipment and materials remain the property of Miele Repair Guide until full payment has been received.

9. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates appear on the website with immediate effect upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable state and federal laws. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
