When to Book Emergency Repair

Book an emergency service call if any of the following apply:

• Water is leaking onto the floor from a washing machine or dishwasher
• You can see or smell burning from any appliance
• An appliance has tripped your circuit breaker or is sparking
• Your washing machine is locked mid-cycle with clothes inside
• A refrigerator has stopped cooling and food is at risk of spoiling

Safety First

Emergency Callout Fees

Emergency appointments are prioritised from our standard booking queue, which means a service call fee may apply. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. In most cases, the service call fee is absorbed into the total repair cost if work is carried out on the same visit.
