Check for Obstructions
Open the fridge and look near the fan vent (usually the rear wall). Remove any food items blocking it.
Don't pack food directly against the rear wall.

Check for Ice Buildup
Look for frost or ice around the fan area. If present, defrost by turning off the fridge for 24 hours.
Place towels under the fridge to catch melt water.

Listen for Fan
After clearing obstructions and resetting, listen for the fan. It should start within a few minutes of closing the door.
